Return Policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition, with intact packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for products damaged by misuse.

How to initiate a return

Write to us at ballesterpau29@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund using the same payment method within 5-10 business days.
